Ghana Twitter timeline is literally ablaze with wildly circulating news of Shatta Wale being allegedly shot somewhere in East Legon. The PR of the dancehall king by the name of Nana Dope has apparently been posting wildly on his Whatsapp status regarding this ‘incident’ which have left his fans & haters wondering whether this is a hoax or a terrible tragedy. Twitter influencer @Gyaigyimi shared this rather disturbing status a couple of hours ago on his timeline.

the second screenshot seems to focus on Shatta Wale’s PR asking people not to share a ‘purported’ video of the alleged incident. But this so-called video is yet to surface anywhere on Twitter.

So is this a real incident? Or a promotion for his delayed GOG album which will be in honestly bad taste if it turns out to be a hoax. Where is the alleged video????
Meanwhile the Ghana Police Service issued a statement on their Facebook page regarding this viral news of Shatta Wale’s alleged shooting incident.
Who shot Shatta Wale? Nobody knows. There’s an ongoing discussion on Twitter of a prophecy spoken by one Jesus Ahuofe on how a superstar dancehall artiste is going to be attacked by certain individuals on this day 18th October. However he will be praying for this person who’s first name is Charles. Watch the video here.

Responses from most people are on the side of skepticism and also how most fake prophets hire people to ‘act’ out their prophecies in order to draw members to their churches. Far-fetched? Close to the truth most likely.
Mo de3. They’ll give prophecies and if you don’t take care, they’ll hire people to make sure the prophecies come to pass so they get memebers. Geee, these things no dey hia, as you see why you no pray to prevent am? What’s the essence of seeing it then?
